Hi,
I have been working with company A since last 1 and half year, and I will be traveling to India for one month in May. Recent times, I hear that we need a client letter to show it in US Port of Entry(when I come back) if they ask for. In my case, my company(A) has contract with company B which has contract with Client where I work. I can ask my client to give a letter to verify my duties in my project. Is that enough?? I may not produce all the contracts between A and B, B and Client. Please help..!!!!! how this client letter should look like, any format??
PS: this post has been moved from other section to here.

Format is irrelevant and you may just need a simple letter. You will definetly need a formal letter from your employer and any other supporting evidence regarding your employment with the H-1B sponsor company. In addition to that, you may be (these days) asked for Pay stubs, LCA, etc.
