Hi.. i am patiently awaiting final adjudication of my spouse's K3 visa @ mumbai. Began process 3/12/03. File cabled to mumbai 4/29/03. Interview held 11/10/03. RFE given for certified birth certificate which was returned 12/01/03. Now embassy indicating they are waiting clearance from New Delhi embassy. They didnt give a reason why they needed clearance from this other embassy but my husband was born there and previously got a student visa from there approx 10 yrs ago. Its now going on 3 months. Anyone else familiar with this, and maybe know how much more time does it normally take ?
