I am a H1B visa holder. Can my employer get a clearance for me? (secret, confidential, etc...) Or do I have to be US citizen to be able to obtain a clearance? Thanks....
Only citizens are eligible to get security clearance for working on classified projects. Under some very specific conditions LPRs can get a "Limited Access Authorization".
