I think its high time for those individuals whose cases are Xfered on March 2nd. They should have got the approval by this time.
If only you were in charge of setting process decisions and deadlines on TSC adjudications, I would have gotten my approval by now!
You've listed a good set of things to do to proceed from here, and I have tried some.
I do plan to do this next week. I'm searching for any public notice/document from USCIS where they state that the VSC->TSC transfers of I-485s will not have any adverse affect on the applicants. This is important documentation needed to put it to USCIS that their current stance of considering RD to be the transfer date and their being "within stated processing times" is completely bogus.
4) Every other week take INFOPASS and ask for the status
So far I've had 2 Infopass appointments, on June 7 and June 21. The first time, the IO told me my case had been transferred from TSC to CSC (I originally filed in VSC) for adjudication. I'm not sure if the bus from TSC to CSC broke down, or my file got lost in the desert, or the IO was just yanking my chain. In any case, no LUD change so far.
The second time was classic:
For a while, the IO looked at the transfer notice I gave her, and then just pointed me to the bottom of the I-797 transfer notice and told me to contact the address on the notice (VSC's address). She said she can't help me since she has no access to the file.
I asked her to look up whatever information she could. She searched something based on my A-number, then said the file is still being transferred.
I thought maybe she was referring to CSC, so I asked where it is being transferred. Her reply: "Vermont". I almost lost it then, before telling her "it is being transferred to Texas". So she says "yes, it is still being transferred to Texas". Umm... okay...
This went on for quite a while, then another guy walked into the conversation to take her side. I tried for so long to enquire if they could provide me with any details at all. There was so much more nonsense during that exchange that I could take quite a bit longer to type it, but anyway...
Finally, the guy says "we can provide no more details - this is the information we are giving you". So much for that appointment.
I have another appointment lined up for Tuesday, and I really hope I don't get the same lady again!
5)Ask the attorney to send a note IMMIGRATION OFFICER
I believe my attorney sent TSC a letter at the beginning of June requesting them to adjudicate the case since it is well beyond normal processing times. No response yet.
Considering my PD and RD, I have to seriously consider the possibility that something's missing from my file (or the file itself is missing) for TSC to take so long to even touch my case.
