Class of Admission - Advanced Parole

What should be filled in item 3 - class of admission on I131 application (Advance parole) form. Is it H1B since I will be on H1B even though I have an EAD for future company.

Can I put any duration of stay abroad? How would they give it for one year if I only show six weeks?

'Class of Admission' is your last entry in to US. If you used H1B, it is 'H1B', if you used AP for your last entry, then it'll be 'Parolee'.

duration of stay abroad put "Maximum Validity"

Date of intended departure "Future unforseen circumstances"

Just add a page with why you may require visiting your home country. Explanation may include points like to take of some personal business, Visit parents etc.

Thank you all for your suggestions.

I had one more question regarding filling out AP form for my 7 year old son. Can I write 'UNABLE TO SIGN' in signature box, and fill out the details section of representative. In that case it asks for G28 form. How is it done for a minor?

You can sign it and put 'Father' in parenthesis next to the signature.

My attorney put "H-1/LPR Applicant" in this field, when he helped me to apply the AP.

Thanks for the pointers and suggestions. My package (EAD/AP) was delivered to USCIS today. Let me see when I would get the case numbers (2nd week of January I guess).
