I am contemplating a CAL against INS on the following grounds:
INS allow aliens to work for a US employer, but under the pretext of backlogs, they encourage "slavery". For years after years, the alien does not know if he will be
allowed to live in this country, can\'t change jobs, can\'t take promotions ... basically can\'t do anything. Not only does this results in an irreparable damage to the
alien\'s career, leave apart the emotional torture, but gives an opportunity to the employer to take undue advantage of the aliens precarious situation ...
If a few of you guys are willing to help me, I am willing to organise this. The major contribution required is specific cases where an employer has taken undue
advantage of the alien employee.
