I am a bit confused on this.
Does concurrent filing of I140 and I485 mean filing both at the same time or can one apply for !485 even after I140 has been filed but not approved yet( Provided Visa Numbers are available , ofcourse!)
My concern is that I am considering to submit I140 now but want to know if could apply for I485 just in case the visa numbers become current.
