Clarifications

Sorry that my post causes some confusions, just want to clarify them.

1. A book publisher collected my paper in a book, not the procceedings. That explains why I didn't write anything but have a book chapter.

2. When I say I didn't write any new papers, that doesn't mean I didn't write any papers before. For example, after your research work, you may write lots of technical reports. Later on when you realized that you need publications for your EB1, why can not you submit them to journals and get them published? This is just one scenario and there are others.

People from this forum should be highly educated, just can not believe some of them took their "common sense" for granted without knowning the content of my material.

The goal of eBeeOne.com is not for money. Just to think about how many people eligible for EB1? I just want to gain some internet business experiences that could help my future career. Of course, my material should be very helpful and meet people's needs.

When you look for more evidences for your petition such as memberships, judge of others' work, you are boosting your qualifications. That is what my material is about. I temporarily shut the website down and want to listen more comments from others.

1) This is quite common but USCIS doesn't count it as a book chapter. You just have to look through their denied cases. Otherwise a lot of people would have a lot of book chapters.

2) Tells a lot of the quality of your work and the quality of the journals you submit your stuff. I guess it is the Journal of Cheating and Fraud

"The goal of eBeeOne.com is not for money" - That is the best joke. If it is not for the money why don't you put your advices for free on your webpage. $99 for DIY kit - and if I read your ideas, it is one of the lousiest kits I know - is very expensive in comparison to all other DIY kits

In contrary to honkman's imigination, the journals are the most prestigious ones in my research area. When you prepare for your EB1 application, you collect every positive evidence to make your case stronger. Publication is just one part of your total application package. My research area is kind of different from other general sciences and that's why I have these unusual experiences. In my own opinions, judge and membership are the areas that you can improve most.

You haven't even read my material, why you draw the conclusion so firmly?

Like most of you, I have been focused on techniques for my career and never exposed to the business world. Without charging a fee, you don't know if your market analysis and strategy can make a difference and you don't know if your business decision is correct. Pricing inappropriately could result in fewer customers, but that doesn't mean you are cheating.

People are so different. I always think first about the bright side of things, but I learned today that there are people think the opposite. When you comement on a movie, at least you should have watched it first.

Send Copies for Review/Comments

Dear eBeeOne,

Many users are raising some concerns over the book, and every time some one posts a comment, you are trying to clarify it. My suggestion is why don't you send some copies to the regular visitors(experts) to this NIW/EB1 forum and let them write their views/comments on the usefulness of the book. You want to be a businessman, so follow the rules, let the third party write their reviews on the book.

You write "My research area is kind of different from other general sciences and that's why I have these unusual experiences." - So why do you think then that other people who are working in general science would have any advantages from your strange ideas when you self admit that these are "unusual experience". What you say is that you want money for stuff which might have helped you (and I think you didn't even tell the truth and just trying to make easy money) but has no meaning to other people.

By suggesting that it is easy to improve in membership shows that you haven't read much about USCIS decision. They are very picky about their membership for EA and it is hardly impossible so force some these membership.

And you still didn't answered why you didn't put your advices for free on your webpage instead of trying to charge an exorbitant price for suggestion fraud and lies.

Well said honkman!

We dare you eBeeOne: If you do not wish to make money, post your book for free on a webpage and post the link here.
Also if you want to make money, you won't make much your ideas are poor and your price is too much.

eBeeOne,
when your case itself is still pending with uscis, why are you are doing all this. you should write book only after gaining lot of experience. things that you say your book contain are either very trivial or look vey silly.

grs2003 provided a good suggestion, I fully support. The reasons that I reponded every time yesterday is because they were making false charges on me (such as " you used other people's papers, your journals are called "cheat" etc). I have to clarify them. For those who think my material trivial or silly, it is fine because people always have different views and I am not trying to convience everyone. I will not be a businessman, but want to gain some business experiences in addition to my technical background.

I am a responsible person. When many concerns and doubts arised (this is not what I expected), I immidediately shut down my website. I haven't sold a single copy and I will not sell any more. But that doesn't mean my material is nothing but garbage, I do believe many experiences are very valuable to some, if not many. If you happen to become a personal friend of me, I'd like to share these expereinces with you.

Your spam did violate the rules of the board. However, it did generate a lot of interesting discussion so I left it.

Your non-spam posts, however, are not contributing a whole lot. I can't do anything about that, but don't feel insulted when people don't look to you for advice.
