In my employement based Immigrant visa issued by US consulate Chennai, in case of primary applicants visa, for item "sec.212(a)(5)(A)", it is indicated as "Attached" and for dependents it is indicated as "Not Required".

1. Is it normal or is it something to be concerned about?
2.Wwhat is sec.212(a)(5)(A) attached means, just curious?

Regarding SS Cards:

1. I already have SSN, but to get another card with 'restrictions removed' I have checked 'yes' in DS-230 part-II (item # 33) and also in the form filled at the consulate, for the question 'Do you want Social Security Administration to assign you an SSN or issue you a new card?'

As suggested by II at PoE, do I need to apply at SSA for new SSN card for removing the restrictions or the request made in DS 230 part-II (and the form filled at consulate) itself is sufficient?

2. For my kids (both under age 18), no forms were required to be filled at consulate, however item # 33 in DS-230 part-II was filled. Will SSA issue SSN for my kids too (they don't have SSN currently)?

For SFO PoE, what is the usual time frame to receive plastic cards?

Thanks in advance for you response(s).

{Normally saying 'yes' to the questions above, should be
sufficient to get your new card without you approaching
the SS Office again. However in my case, after waiting for
about 3 weeks, I went to the local SS office and applied.
Then I got the card in about 12 days. }

{Same as above, just wait and see whether the cards arrive
on their own. Or, just go to the local office and apply. Even
children get the SS cards. }

For SFO PoE, what is the usual time frame to receive plastic cards?

{My PoE was SFO. I got the welcome letter in about 2 weeks
and the card in 4 weeks }

Thanks in advance for you response(s).
