I will like to make sure that I understand what I am required to bring for my interview from the instructions given.

Therefore, what will be all the documents USCIS is talking about when they asked for those that show that you are eligible for lawful permanent residency?

Also, " original & copy of each supporting document that you submitted with your application". Does this refer to everything that I am sending they will like copies or are they refering to something specific?

I dont want to take anything for granted and I want to ensure that I did not mis interpret anything. Thanks for the response.

They are talking about passports, marriage certificate, birth certificates, drivers licenses, I-94s, etc. Originals and copies.

Also, anything you submitted with your original application, do not worry too much.

Ok, thank you for the information.

These are the evidence that I have acquired so far and I hope that it will be sufficient.
cell phone is in husband's name;my old house phone was in his name before we moved in together; gift from verizon and email as to proof that it went to my old address; money transfer to me (2005); credit card joint; joint bank acc; medical/dental insurance; wedding photos and photos of trip after wedding; family pictures for last 2 years; evidence of communication via e mail.

I do not have any utility in my name because my husband only responsible for rent and I met him with his apartment.

I know I may not have everything but is this sufficient?

travel receipts/tickets if you guys have travelled together, vacations hotel reservations etc, auto insurance both names on them, life insurance, letters from your families and friends telling them how long they know you together before and after marriage, if anyone of you were sick during your married life hospital bills and your visitations, joint lease document, any event invitations to you that has both of your names [such as marriage, birthday, housewarming etc you get the idea]. basically any document that has both of your names on it.

over documentation never hurts. just make sure when you give out a document to the IO you know what it is and when the IO asks you a question about it you should be able to answer about it.
