Last week somebody had question related to Priority Date for labor substitutions.
Question was what's the Proirity Date for labor substituted cases.
I had answered and read couple of replies stating the Notice Date(ND) of filing I-140 becomes the PD for substituted labor.
This is NOT TRUE.
I have received my approval notices and the Priority Date states "May 21 2001", the date on which labor was filed. So when labor is substituted, you inherit the PD of that labor.
