Clarification or Update !

My labor was applied - Aug 16,1999 (PD)
I-140 Approved - Jul 10, 2000
AOS application was filed on- Nov 9,2000.
Received Fingerprint Notice (Mar 22,2001)FP schedule - Apr 17,2001.
How long more to wait for Passport stamping...Hopefully I have the job till then..(180 days is still VERY unclear and NOT a law)

May be 6 months to 1 year (my guesstimate!). VSC is currently processing Oct 1999 cases and we are seeing some cases of Nov\Dec also approved. Hopefully we get the regulations by the end of this month, as has been talked about off late. Good luck to you!
