Clarification on RFE

Hi
   Got RFE for me and my wife
Details:
EB2 INDIA
PD: June 2nd 1998
ND: Aug 23rd 1999
got RFE on Feb 14th.
RFE for my case is : employment letter and paystubs for the last two months.
RFE for my wife: asking to fill missing tuberculosis test information and got her I-693 forms back.

Can somebody tell me whether we should send same I-693 form in the sealed envelop with correction or should we send the new I-693 form

I got an RFE about the same like your wife and we sent only the supplimental form for the missing vaccination. I don\'t know INS will ask again the complete form! We replied back to INS on 01/31 and waiting....
