Please clarify the below query regarding H1B visa.
I have travelled to US with H1B visa through company A and worked for three months, then decided to move to company B while I was in US, my H1B transferred to company B and I worked with company B for 7-8 months then I returned to India in May 2001.
Now my H1B is expired ( July 2000 - Nov 2003) and I didnot renewed it when I came back to India.
1. Since I have not utilised my H1B for all the six years
Is still the H1B is transferrable even though it is expired by the company C, since I can make use of unused portion of Visa?
2. Even if I apply for new H1B do I come under H1 cap?
