Clarification needed for NVC AVM message ...

Currently NVC avm is saying that Fee Bill is generated on April
5th 2004. Does this mean that Fee bill is issued on April 5th
2004 ???? or avm message will be different once the the fee
bill is dispatched to the attorney ????
 
I do not recall any difference.

You (or your attorney on file) will be getting the feel bill in a week or so now.
