Clarification around AVM message

I need a help in understanding the following AVM message that comes up for my case.

THE NVC IS AWAITING THE RETURN OF THE BIOGRAPHIC FORMS FROM THE LAWYER AND PLEASE PROVIDE 6-8 WEEKS FOR REVIEW OF THE SAME AND DECISION WILL BE MADE AFTER THAT”

Does this mean that they have sent the packet 3 to my lawyer ?
please let me know as this message sort of threw me off..

Pls clarify at the earliest

yes this means that your Packet 3 is on its way.

My message says the same even though I have sent my packet 3 forms (DS 230 Part I) back to NVC on Sept 3. I guess it would take them sometime to receive it and enter in their system.

My first reaction was similar to yours. This avm message just means P3 has been mailed to your lawyer. you can relax.
