Hey everyone,

If my wife and I are filling for adjustment of status (I-485) based off the fact that she is now my wife, are these the forms I need to submit?

I-485
I-765
G-325A
I-693

The I-684?? and the I-130?

Also I need to send in copies of everything they ask for such as birth cirt and ect.

Do I need to staple all the forms together or just leave the papers lose but in order.

What does it mean supporting evidence? (like bills and other documents proving we live together and are married?) do we leave a post it or sticky note on this list of proof saying these are some supporting documents?

what about other evidence?

Also have I missed anything, forgot a form or something?

ALSO

When my wife and I fill out these forms, who's handwritting should be used?

lastly, on the I-485 application it asks you to check the "application type" I am unsure which box to check but I believe it's the one that says this "my spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was granted lawful permant residence in an immigrant visa category that allows derivative status for spouses and children." Is this the correct box, I don't think any of the other boxes apply to me.

Thank you guys sooo much for any help you can offer. I have been doing alot of reading and am sure on most of my questions, but I would feel better knowing for sure rather then assuming.

First and foremost: what status do you have?
US Citizen? Greencard holder? Waiting for greencard?

> When my wife and I fill out these forms, who's handwritting should be used?

doesn't matter
and you can fill it on the computer.

> What does it mean supporting evidence? (like bills and other documents proving we live together and are married?)

well... it is a marriage sertificate, and papers showing your (and her) status in the US
bills, joint tax returns, joint bank accounts will be needed at the interview

> do we leave a post it or sticky note on this list of proof saying these are some supporting documents?

No
