Compleated six years h1 on jan26, 2004, eligibility for 7th year only after march 31st2004, claimed 3 months vacation on dec2003(premium processing), got a query and INS gave time up to March 27th2004 asking arrival departure record and tax returns
Submitted passport copy (wrote a letter explaining that arrival, depature dates on which pages on the PP) all Tax returns (including 2004), query submitted on march25, 2004, h1 got approved on march29, 2004; I am applying 7th year extension now
Don’t ask me how’z my situation on those days……………………
