civil surgeon in another state

I am visiting a friend in another state when I found out my labor certificate was approved. Now I have to complete the medical exam (I-693). The cost of this exam is also a lot lower in this state that I am visiting. My question is does it raise suspicion that I completed my medical exam in a state different from my residence?

I live in SC and my civil surgeon was in TX. I was approved no problem.
