Civil offenses N 400

hi - is itworth noting yes to civil offenses on N 400 app such as driving speeding tickets?
1st ticket - paid fine in PA 10 yrs ago; never got points; not even on NJ record
2nd ticket - just got + 2 points in MD. Dont know MD rules but should i just pay it or better to get lawyer & try to get points dismissed for speeding? Not criminal best as i know per attorney too.

what about TRO - temp restraining order? my landlord used this to evict me 7-8 yrs ago in college - do you know if this qualifies as any kind of offense? I had to vacate apt but no other consequences + it doesnt show up in PA state criminal searches so i assume it isn't.

smali - i did via internet sites like knowx.com/ ussearch etc.
BTW - got attorney feedback to 2 ques i posed above. This lawyer says neither driving nor TRO need be reported on form but can be mentioned in interview if necessary.
