Civil case and Naturalization process

If a civil case (pertaining to terms of contract dispute) between the Naturlization applicant and the GC sponsoring employer was settled in court, does that need to be mentioned anywhere on the N-400?

I'm thinking this will be a non-issue but wanted your input? Thanks

No I don't think there's any place on N400 that asks for it.

Closest it comes asking about that kind of stuff if the person was charged with anything which is not the case. A civil case when settled between two parties even in front of the judge doesn't mean one is guilty of what he/she is being sued for.

Agreed. There is nothing to disclose if not asked about it. In the interview, the IO will basically read each question that you answered on the form, and ask you for your answers again. Just make sure you read each question carefully to see if this needs to be disclosed.

Agreed. Answer what's asked. You are right. standard part of the interview is to pretty much confirm all fields/entries with the applicant.
