Do you need to carry City tax return copies for US Citizenship Interview?

Even fed and state tax returned are not required under normal circumstances.

I doubt many people filed all local township tax return for every year since
they came to the states.

Only Federal Income Tax returns are required. City and State income taxes must have be paid like Federal income taxes or at least there must be some kind of payment arrangement to pay owned taxes with taxation authority if one owes any kind of taxes before naturalization application is approved.
