I applied for my citizinship in the year feb 2003 got my fingerprinting and also received my interview by April the same year. My brother and I applied together and we got our fingerprinting and interviews together but he recieved his oath last year in feb 2004. I am still waiting. After a lot of calling the immmigration and sending letters to the immigration through my lawyers. All i have got back is that there is a name check pending. I am lost at this point. I dont know what to do or who to turn to. I have been married three years now and have hardly been able to be with my husband. Someone please, recommend something else to do so I can keep trying. I am really asking for any advice I can get from anyone. PLEASE HELP!!!!
