I have a question.

I know foreclosure can have impact on green card but does it also affect citizenship?

I don't think they check your credit. No one has perfect credit. I don't think that they deny you because of bills.:)
 
I think this has been discussed in a previous thread and the consensus was that foreclosure should have no impact on naturalization. This is the same as unemployment that doesn't have an effect on naturalization.

No effect at all/ Just make sure if you owe money to US govt, you have a payment plan in place before the interview.
