I am permanent resident for 11 years. My mother and father lives hold the time in the USA. I study abroad and come back home only on holidays and vacations. My trips outside the USA are longer than 6 months. Whole the time I paid taxes (and my parents too). I have strong relationships with the USA by my parents and everything I got is in the USA, I just study outside the USA froo 4 years now...

Can I apply for US-citizenship ? If I prove, that I studied abroad and that's why I was outside the USA will be a reliable reason not to deny my application ? I need naturalization certificate, because I will continue my education in the USA. Is there any chance ?? I used to have reentry permin (twice), but last one expired in 2003.

Have you checked out the eligibility worksheet? http://uscis.gov/graphics/services/natz/index.htm

Going over it might give you a good idea as to if you are eligible at this time. Though I could be wrong, given the brief info you gave, I don't think you will be eligible right away..

Meanwhile, why do you say you *have to* have naturalization certificate to continue your schooling in the US??
