Last october, I had argue with my wife and she went so CRAZY upset and call 911. and I have arrested for domestic battery. By the florida law I spent one night in jail,and next day judge said I have to stay away from my house and wife for a month, I bailed out same day. After a month, I went to the court again and they dropped the case.
My wife and I are still in good relationship. We dont thinking about divorce right now..
The question is.. Am I still able to be a American citizen?
If nothing was happened, I was about to apply N-400. Since I have arrested record now, Should I just forget all about citizenship? Also I've heard about disadvantage in reentering USA..(like someone visit his own country and when he come back to USA, then he got trouble...)
Please anybody give me an advise...
