Citizenship test and fingerprints

Hi folks, I just got my fingerprints date for citizenship, which is on march 25th.Someone told me that (or i might misunderstood) that one can take the citizenship test at the same time when you ive your fingerprints, is that true or not, my priorty date is feb 29th and dist. office is washington dc.

The citizenship test is done at your interview. Not when you have your fingerprints.

Whoever told u this didn't tell you that you could even take the oath at the fingerprinting office and also apply for the passport there

A while ago, I remember a thread where it was reported that a Pilot program was in place in a few ASC locations where one could take the Civics test at the time of finger printing. It was voluntary.

It was on a pilot basis, and was limited to a few centers. Maybe that's the reason for this question.
