I am confused about the Canadian citizenship residency requirements.
The law states that the time spent in Canada BEFORE
becoming a PR counts as half time provided it happened
within the 4 years prior to applying.
I have accumalated some time in Canada prior to my PR
but while I entered Canada on my US GC ( NO CANADIAN
VISA OF ANY KIND) .. would that time counts towards my
citizenship? If yes, is a proof required? of course I don't
have a proof because neither side at the border bothered
to look at my passport.
