Anyone who had the citizenship inteview recently, please reply.

How strict are the INS officers about the "3 months in state residency reqt" during the inteview process.

Do they ask for any proof.

Please reply. It's very Imp.

This was not even mentioned in my wife's interview but she still took lot of old bank statements just in case.

Thanks a lot for the reply.

Actually I was physically living in NJ from Jan 2002 but I did not change my address on anything. My permanemt address was still in NY.

Because we were looking to buy a house in NJ and we had to go everyday to see houses it was impossible to drive down every day therefore, we stayed with a friend for 3-4 months.
