I send my N-400 when i was a civilian around Feb 05
Around June or so i had my Interview
My FBI check was pending

Since then i joined the Military and requested Military Status and adress change twice which suppose to expedite your process i read somewhere.

I havn't receive any info on my new status and address change. I called and asked about it, they said they don't know and sometime run me in circle. My military citizenship people here have been requesting for status with no luck. They did that more than 4 time. I had a military lawyer who told me i should redo the application. I dont think i want to wait another 3 years and i dont think he know what he dealing with.

Im still pending on my FBI, and i have clearance to fight a war.

What can i do in this case? Can someone point me to the right direction?

Without a citizenship, the military is like a prison house, only able to look at certain thing and go certain places.

Withdraw your old application and file a new one. Since you are on active duty you don't have to pay application fees.

Ok first of all you should rely completely on info from such forums, these are more like places of info sharing. Your case will not be expedited just because you are in the military. Read up posts by "bushmaster" to get an idea of what he went through.
1st you should write a letter to the officer who interviewed you, asking for an update. Write a letter to their addr and put "ATTN: officer John Doe" on the envelope.
2nd read up on the posts here that are about filing lawsuit to force them to complete your case.
3rd try to get in touch with your congressman about this. Also keep track of all the efforts you are making.
