Citizenship question for a child

I have a question on which route needs to be taken to get my child received her citizenship.

My daughter was born in April-2005 outside of USA
I received my citizenship on Sep-2005
My daughter received her permanent residency Jan-2006

Questions:
Can I take the N-600 route for her to receive her citizenship?
or
Do I need to wait for her to be at least 18 and than file N-400?

Thanks for the help.

Assuming that your daughter had lived in your legal and physical custody at any point after January 2006, she is already a U.S. citizen, under the provisions of the Child Citizenship Act, see http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_1312.html
In that case you can file N-600 for her now (she can't use the N-400 route if she is already a U.S. citizen).
You can also directly apply for a U.S. passport for her, although filing N-600 and getting a certificate of citizenship is a good idea.
