My I130 Petition for Alien was approved in 2003 but due to name check being stuck I did not receive my greencard until october 2006. I have been married for 6 years and living in the US this whole time. Can I apply for citizenship or do I have to wait for 3 years since becoming a green card holder? Your response and experiences are much appreciated...
