We applied for Citizenship (N400) and Receipt Date is 11/20/2003. When I was checking the processing times for San Francisco office (link:https://egov.immigration.gov/graphics/cris/jsps/officeprocesstimes.jsp) it shows April 10, 2003. What does this mean? I am guessing it is time to attend Oath Taking Ceremony? Because Citizenship Interview will be held before Oath and it will be in INS Oakland, CA (not in San Francisco). And there is no Oakland office listed. Since they are processing applications dated April 10, 2003, can we assume that it will take approximately 6-7 months to complete Oath and we might get interview done two months before (around June/July time frame)? Your input would be appreciated.
