my mom has interview coming tuesday oct 14 for citizenship
here is the problem
she came to usa 7 years ago
stayed for year and then went outside usa for 11 months she broke the residency requirement.
last 5 years she never left outside usa for more then 4 months in a calender year.
according to papers to bring to the interview. it says if left more than 6 months since became residence bring documents that you never broke recidence or work. ( she is a house wife never had job in usa).
what are the documents?
also her husband became citizenship 2 years ago. does she has to take tax form and marriage certificate and her husband passport.
