Carry every paper you can think of Viz.

Greencard
Driver license
Passport(s) - new and old and expired and active
tax papers - whatever you have
1722 from IRS, if you have (or better get them)
Traffic violations (tickets and fines and DUI etc etc) - both violations and clearance letters from court clerk's office(s).
Pen
Paper
Your recent pay stub (Do not ask why, but they can ask you to show proof that you are working at so and so company as you stated in the N400!)
Your job offer, if you have a new/old job.
Anything else you can stuff in the same folder

No one can say for sure what INS will ask you to bring. For me they said nothing in the interview letter except greencard and passport but I am going to carry everything to be on the safe side.

Some one even suggested a couple of photographs. Well, if you have, carrying them would not hurt. But not carrying them MAY hurt. So carry everything and anything you can think of. From reading the posts here I can sum up these things and one important thing is NOT to volunteer to give more information. Whatever they ask, be frank and tell them everything. But if they do not ask you about IRS papers, pulling out an IRS paper to show them is quite UNNECESSARY.

At least that is what I think. And let me know if you think of any other thing. Good luck!
