Am appearing for citizenship interview in NJ on Nov 16th. If citizenship is granted, then I would like to bring my wife to USA. As of now, I am working as a expat in India since Oct 2008 (on behalf of USA based financial company ). I need help in this regard. What is the procedure to bring my wife to USA if my citizenship is granted ? As of now, I am not sure what is exact procedure. Howlong this process takes ? Do I need to stay in India to apply this ? I am just visiting to USA to attend interview only. if granted, I will apply for US Passport and then followed by Indian Visa or OCI card.
Please let me know the procedures.
