I got married to a citizen husband who lived in Florida. When I came to USA from Pakistan, they treated me really bad. I couldn't find where to go, then, i found out i have far relative lives in California, so i moved there. That's where i am right now. My husband is a gay person, i found that out when i moved to florida. I applied for a I-485 in October 18, 2003. But they still haven't processed my paperwork. I dont even have a work permit or social security so i can work. What can i do to get a social security or work permit?

If You Filled Your I-485 You Should Get Your Ss And Wp Within 3-4 Mths Max , You Need To Contact Your Attorney Or Call Ins Customer Service 800-375-5283 Be Sure To Have All Your Receipts With You Before Calling.
