I had applied for the Citizenship Case in March, 2013 from an employment based Green Card prceeding the H1-B. I applied for the N-400 along with my dependent wife. Mywife and I were called in for the finger printing at the same time and then were called in for the interview the same date. The interview for me and my wife was very quick and easy. At the end of my interview the Immigration Officer told me all looks fine but she has not receved the results of my securiy clearance and it will take 2 weeks. But it has been over 5 weeks but no response yet. I called in to an immigration attorney and she informed me that she can asssit me in filing for the law suit against the USCIS for the deay and will charge $5,000 for it. I asked her regarding the wait period of 120 days before filing forthe law suit but she assured me there is no requirement for the wait period. Des any one has any experience in the need to wait for the 120 days. Iwould indeed greatly appreciate all help.

Regarding Security Clearance Pending for USC Application

I would greatly appreciate if someone can provide feedback regarding the pending secuirty clearance for the Citizenship case. Iid an INFOPASS and the officer told me its still pending. Can someone has any experience in a similar situation if they hear back sooner than the 120 days the form indicates. I askesince i only see people in this forum filing for the lawsuit and waitng long periods before getting a favourable response from USCIS. Greatly appreicate all input.
