If I become US citizen, when can I file for my daughter who is minor ? (13 yrs)
Will she be given the Green card first and then citizenship or she will directly become Citizen ?

In case she gets GC first, what is the requirement for her to become the citizen ? Will she have to wait for 5 yrs or less ? Would she have to fullfill the same residency requirement ?

If she lives in the US she automatically becomes a US citizen the day you are naturalized. You can apply for her passport based on your naturalization certificate.

The above site has all the details listed, including if she is here or abroad or has a green card or not. Judging from your Q, I guess she lives abroad and does not have a GC.

This is from "A guide to Naturalization":

A child who is born to two alien parents who naturalize after the child’s birth
can become a U.S. citizen by action of law on the date on which all of the following
requirements have been met:
• The child was lawfully admitted for permanent residence*, and
• Either parent was a United States citizen by birth or naturalization**; and
• The child was still under 18 years of age; and
• The child was not married; and
• The child was the parent’s legitimate child
• The child was residing in the United States in the legal custody of the U.S. citizen parent (this includes joint custody); and
• The child was residing in the United States in the physical custody of the U.S. citizen parent.
If you and your child meet all of these requirements, you may obtain a U.S. passport for the child as evidence of citizenship.
