I was going through this document for eligibility to file for citizenship and on page 28:

"Must live in the state in which they are applying for at least 3 months before appyling"
Does this mean that I cannot travel out of the country 3 months prior to appyling, even though I have been living in the state for more than 3 years? I had planned to apply immedeatly after returning from vacation.
