I will be eligible to apply for Citizenship in July 2006. My company wants me to takeup a 3 year overseas assignment now. I will be visiting US regularly once every 3-4 months when on this assignment. Will I still be eligible to apply in July 06? Do I have to be physically present in the US the 3 months before I send the application?
