Citizenship eligibility with I-485 receipt dt

I applied for I-485 and got receipt on 8/29/99 with Alien # on it.
Also got employment auth card issue dt 2/9/2000 with Alien # on it.

The GC show residence since 7/7/01

Am I eligible to apply for Citizenship since I have stayed in US for more than 5 yrs since the receipt of I-485?
