Could anyone kindly elaborate on the procedure to apply family based citizenship for the following case.
- A US citizen age around 18 is residing out side US in a foreign country and would like to sponsor his parents for citizenship. EWhat is th eprocedure to do it. Does he need to come to US to apply for his parents. Is there any age limitation before he can apply. In case if he is eligible and apply for the parents - ho w long can it take to have citizenship for his parents.
