ATleast some good things to see this christmas.
The 485 date has moved to 31st Jan 2002.

- - - EAD :: Sep-29-2003 :-(

- - - I140 :: Oct - 31 -2002 :-(
 
its good to see dates moving. but the fact is usually something different. my colleague applied for 485 in Jan 15 2002 and one more in Jan 21 2002. They were asked to do finger prints agian, medicals again. this RFE came 2 months back and still they have not heard anything from USCIS.
 
These dates means nothing,

they have netioned Sep 29th 2003 as processing date for EAD(c9),I know people who filed there EAD in june and have not heard anything back,same with I-140 and 485,so this processing dates means nothing.

May be they should publish processing dates for each and every case....grrrrrrr
