Hello Eveyone
I apologize if this question is silly or repeated on other threads but I can't find the information I need, and know you guys are all very up to date on what is required. When filling out the applications we worked through each questions instructions hoping we had covered it all properly.
I recently filed the N-400 with the I-912 for myself and my 22 year old son, which was returned because I/we didn't include the right/enough information.
We sent in the first 3 pages of our tax returns as our CPA suggested, do they want the whole thing?
With reference to the 150% poverty level, it said I/we hadn't included enough information and to look at their site for the chart and relevant income, but it isn't clear whether they mean gross or net.
It also said I didn't include income for other members of my/our households but there aren't any for me. My son has a girlfriend who lives with him, does he have to include her income information?, because the form asked for family members and as they aren't married we weren't sure if we had to include that.
Many thanks in advance for your time.
