Citizenship Address for college student in a different state

Hi,
We live in Oklahoma and my husband and I became citizens a few months back. Our 20 year old daughter is now eligible to apply for citizenship. However she goes to college in Michigan. If we apply with Oklahoma as her home address, she would have to come back for interview, oath etc here and it could be during inconvenient times. Would it be ok to apply with her dorm address as her home address, so that she can got to the Detroit office? Do you foresee any problems with this?

Yeah you can have her present address as the present address and the old address (your home) as the prior address... I guess she will have this present address for atleast a year rite... if that is the condition then she doesn't have to fill AR-11 for address change. Make sure her dorm address doesn't change every semester.

Students are allowed to pick which ever address is most convenient. Don't try swapping between them though... that would incur significant delays while the file is being transferred.

Thanks for the responses! I have another concern about using her dorm address: Her address there will change each year. For example this year she will be in current address from Aug - April. After that her address will change. Will it be ok to use the dorm address as her home address and our (parents') address as the mailing address? Thanks!
