I am a U.S. Citizen sponsoring my immigrant wife.
I some questions with the G325a form and the I-130 form.
I got married to my lovely wife but right now she lives in Virginia and is working and I live in Florida and am working. I am trying to move to Virginia as soon as I get a job in Virginia... my question is: for my address do I put the apartment we leased together or do I put my current Florida address? For the line "Last address where you lived together", do I put the apartment address we leased or leave this field blank since I haven't moved to Virginia yet?
Regarding the G-325A (Biographic Information).
1) I believe I have to submit a G-325A for BOTH me AND my wife, correct?
2) For MY G-325A form (the U.S. Citizen), on the bottom it says:
This form is submitted in connection with an application for:
_ Naturalization
_ Other
_ Status as Permanent Resident
For my wifes G325A form I of course put "Status as Permanent Resident"... do I also check this box on my form?
3) On the bottom it has a heavy bordered box which says:
"Applicant: Be sure to put your name and Alien Registration Number in the box outlined by heavy border below."
Do I put my immigrant wifes name and Alien number here? So that would mean both G325a forms have her information at the bottom heavy bordered box?
