I have filed an I-130 for my mother; She is married but separated with no contact with her husband for the last 15 years to date. She also has 3 other kids, the oldest 13. The INS notified me that the I-130 was approved and sent to the processing office and that she will sent a letter within the next 90days(I imagine it will tell her to complete the medical and visit the US embassy).
Should I anticipate any problems because she is married?
I listed her kids on the I-130 are they also approved along with her; if not what other steps should I take to have them approved with her?
If anyone has been in a similiar situation or have have knowledge of what the requirements and regulations are in this situation. Please reply.
