6 years ago, I was given a ticket/tab by the transit authority for jumping turnstile. The fine was around $50 but this was dismissed because I had purchased a ticket , used it , but the turnstile did not work. In terms of documentation, I do not have much except a letter from the transit bureau that they are not able to give a dimissal report because the ticket is archieved.
My questions are:
1. My guess : a majority will be of a view that I have to report this?
2. Will this incident have a negative influence on my application? It was
dismissed.
3. Is documentation I have enough?
