So I recently went to my interview and it well. During my interview I disclosed two tickets I got after I submitted my application. (one for an expired meter and another for parking in a driveway). She mentioned that I needed to provide proof disposition for those tickets. That I paid. However in the letter I received after the interview saying that a decision could not be made and the reasons for it I noticed that I do not need to submit documents if the fine was under $500 and not a DWI or any other moving violation. So why would the officer delay my application? Can someone help
